Cartmel Priory
We have very close links to Cartmel Priory and students attend services at the Priory at key points in the year.
As a Church of England school, we value the opportunities this gives our children to grow spiritually, morally and socially. Attending church helps our students deepen their understanding of the values that guide our school community.
We welcome our families to attend our services. We see church attendance as a shared moment of community — a time to come together, support one another and nurture the spiritual life of our school. These experiences enrich our children’s education and help them develop a sense of belonging, purpose and respect for the beliefs of others.
Reverend Nick Devenish, Vicar of Cartmel Priory Church, is a Foundation Governor as well as supporting in delivering Collective Worship to our students.
